We asked our suppliers for a new size modern studio/contemporary style log cabin and we got it! Our contemporary Lillevilla 360 garden building is under 2.5 m high. Due to the cabins height it should not require any additional planning permission. You can always call us to discuss this in more detail or contact your local planning department.
The cabin has a modern mono pitch roof covered with EDPM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer) the roof covering has a life expectancy of at least 20 years!
This contemporary unit provides a large internal space for any purpose you can think of. The overall dimensions are 6.80m x 4.40m.

Most of our cabins are built using 44mm logs. These double tongue and groove logs are another quality feature that ensure longevity.
All Lillevilla log cabins come with double glazed, shatter resistant doors and windows as standard.
We deliver across the country using Hi-Ab crane offload vehicles making the delivery easier with no troubles for the customer.
Our cabins come with 21mm thick floorboards as standard. You can feel the sturdiness and quality under your feet.
This waterproof membrane is a standard feature and protects the cabin from rising damp.
Included roof types: EPDM for Studio models and Hexagonal felt shingles for our pitched roof cabins
The cabins sit on treated timber bearers to help protect the cabins from rising damp.
Most of our buildings are under 2.5m tall meaning that as standard they do not require planning permission.
All Lillevilla Log Cabins come with adjustable locking doors.
All fixings required fo the building come included in the kit.
