Jotun Demidekk, Our Choice of Treatment
Timber treatment is used to help protect the wood on the exterior of our log cabins. The same paint is suitable for both the main colour and the trim colour.

Demidekk Ultimate is an Opaque timber treatment for outdoor use. The product is water soluble, being based on the AMA (Alkyd Modified Acrylics) technology. A tough and beautiful opaque wood protection coating that is easy to apply, fast drying and offers extended maintenance intervals of up to 12 years protection. Demidekk offers a superb shine and colour stability as well as being water resistant and durable.
The advanced binder technology gives the paint very good colour stability and long maintenance intervals.
Contains effective film conserving agents that counteract mould growth on the substrate.
The combination of high quality binders and weather resistant pigments protects the wood against sunlight and provides very good weatherability. The tins are 3 litres, and each 3-litre tin covers roughly three coats of 10-12 metres squared.
The treatment usually takes 3 - 4 working days but can take up to a week.

Most of our cabins are built using 44mm logs. These double tongue and groove logs are another quality feature that ensure longevity.

We deliver across the country using Hi-Ab crane offload vehicles making the delivery easier with no troubles for the customer.
Our cabins come with 21mm thick floorboards as standard. You can feel the sturdiness and quality under your feet.
This waterproof membrane is a standard feature and protects the cabin from rising damp.
Included roof types: EPDM for Studio models and Hexagonal felt shingles for our pitched roof cabins
The cabins sit on treated timber bearers to help protect the cabins from rising damp.
Most of our buildings are under 2.5m tall meaning that as standard they do not require planning permission.
All Lillevilla Log Cabins come with adjustable locking doors.
All fixings required fo the building come included in the kit.
